Engineering

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Minimum Qualifications

B.S.E.E  or B.S.M.E or other related Engineering degree
Min. 5 years experience
Comprehensive Knowledge of standard manufacturing & engineering theories, processes, principles. & practices
Ability to read/understand schematics, engineering specifications

   
Job Description

Develop cost effective manufacturing processes for producibility and manufacturability.
Participate in producibility teams to review product design with respect to optimizing efficiency and cost effectiveness of manufacturing methods and processes.
Support manufacturing in order or insure optimum engineering of projects and programs to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate transition of products from Engineering to Production. Design and set up assembly lines.

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Minimum Qualifications

B.S.M.E  or M.S.M.E
Min. 5 years experience in 3D solid modeling design
Knowledge of Ultrasonic sealing preferred.

Job Description

Design mechanical components and assemblies used in mg. of batteries, chargers and accessories.
Use Solidworks & CAD programs to create mechanical solid models and finished drawings used in Mfg. molded plastic enclosures, sheet metal enclosures and machined parts.
Support proposal efforts by converting customer requirements into conceptual layouts and drawings.
Review technical literature to obtain material and components to resolve technical design issues.
Support production in adjustment and proper functioning of ultrasonic sealing equipment.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Minimum Qualifications

Education -B.S.E.E  or B.S.M.E or other related Engineering degree
Experience- Min. 5 years in project management of electronic manufactured products


Job Description
Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Develop new business and expand product line.
Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

 

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Minimum Qualifications
 1-3 yrs experience developing embedded programming in C language
 1-3 yrs experience writing software with Visual Basic
 Hands on experience with computer hardware
 Ability to read schematics
 Associate Degree in Computer Science or currently enrolled in B. S Computer Science program
Job Description
 Design and develop embedded software in C language
 Design and develop automated testing programs in Visual Basic
 Test and validate software
 Train and support production personnel on software
 Design and develop support programs such as file conversion ad installation)

Production

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree or Accredited Certificate in Electronic Technology or related
Min. 3 years experience with analog circuitry
Mathematical fluency
Demonstrated ability to use measuring devices- oscilloscopes, testing meters etc.
Ability to troubleshoot analog circuits to component level
Preferred, but not requited: 2 yrs + Soldering experience


Job Description

Test, troubleshoot and repair electronic sub assemblies, batteries, chargers and accessories for engineering and production dept.
Prepare or modify test fixtures
Perform test on assembled products using measuring devices.
Document Test Data

 

SOLDERER

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read and write in English
6 months Electrical wiring /Soldering experience 
Ability to pass pre-hire soldering qualification test
Basic mathematical concepts (addition and subtraction)
Precise steady hand eye coordination

Job Description

Solder battery sub assemblies, chargers and accessories by hand according to written work instructions.
Maintain soldering equipment and report damages to supervisor.
Maintain daily production records.
Complete daily requirements in fast paced assembly line.
Maintain and follow established safety and electrostatic discharge procedures.
