Vehicle Batteries at Bren-Tronics
At Bren-Tronics, we make metal and plastic vehicle batteries. Our Lithium ion 6T battery is MIL-PRF compliant and is far more lightweight than other metal batteries for vehicles.
Lithium-ion 6T Battery: Our Li-ion 6T batteries have half the weight and twice the energy of lead-acid batteries, as well as much better hot/cold temperature performance. Bren-Tronics manufactures high power and high energy versions, depending on the needs of our customers. The 6T battery is commonly used in military vehicles, but has a wide range of applications in other power systems.
MIL-PRF-32565C Battery: At 61 lbs, this is a much more lightweight solution compared to other vehicle batteries, saving over 100 lbs of weight. This 24V 6T battery claims half the space of the current vehicle power solution and has safety features and reduced field maintenance cost. It has a number of applications in both manned and unmanned vehicles, and other industries as well.
We also have even more lightweight options for vehicles in our lithium ion plastic batteries. While not as powerful, they weigh much less than our metal-cased batteries, saving dozens of lbs of weight. And most importantly, all of our batteries are rechargeable and field-tested for reliability.
