The BTC-70838-10 is a state of the art portable battery charger designed for military vehicles to charge batteries that are part of the Soldier Modernization Program (SMP)
- Specifically designed to withstand the rigors associated with operating within a moving vehicle
- The charger is capable of charging up to (10) BT-70838xx* or BT-70838-1/3xx* or BT-70838-2/3xx*+ series batteries simultaneously to 90% capacity in approximately14 hours and 100% capacity in approximately 16 hours with an easy to follow LED lighting sequence
- Includes Built-in-Test, Low Vehicle Power sensing, as well as over current and short circuit protection
- Powered from 22-28Vdc, 15A, 90-260Vac, 47-420Hz, 375VA
* Higher capacity versions of the BT-70838xx, BT-70838-1/3xx and BT-70838-2/3xx batteries are available and can be charged with slightly longer charge times. SMP Adapter (BTA-70838-6) is required
