The BTA-70838-6A clips onto the end of 1/3 Soldier Modernization Program (SMP) batteries and when used in conjuction with the BTA-70838-2/3A adapter will charge on the following Vehicle Mounted Chargers (VMC):
- The BTA-70838-6A clips onto the end of 1/3 Soldier Modernization Program (SMP) batteries and when used in conjuction with the BTA-70838-2/3A adapter will charge on the following Vehicle Mounted Chargers (VMC):
- BTC-70870 Series (VMC Lite)
- BTC-70988 Series (VMC Mini)
- The SMP Adapter can be temporarily screwed to the VMC battery adapter port to enable the user to easily insert and remove a 1/3 battery thus allowing charging while the VMC lid is closed.
